Lindsay Solicitors was founded in 1994. We are a general court law firm, with most of our work being carried out in criminal law and family law. We have the qualifications and experience to advise or represent you in any court dealing with Scots law, whether your case is in the Justice of the Peace Court, the Sheriff Court, the High Court, the Court of Session or even the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom or the European Court.

We also carry out legal aid work if you are eligible for legal aid. Alternately, our monthly payment plans make legal fees more manageable for our private clients.
